Local Attractions

Pure Country Retreat  is located 45 minutes from old Hardy town, which consists of antiques shops, craft stores, antique car museum and flea markets.

Thirty minutes away is Batesville, home of NASCAR Champion, Mark Martin.  At Mark Martin Ford you can tour the Mark Martin Museum that exhibits several of Mark's cars and racing memorabilia. There is also a historical museum, 2 golf courses, go-cart track, and, for the ladies who prefer not to hunt, shopping at Eagle Mountain Shopping Center.

We are near Blanchard Springs Caverns and a short driving distance from Eureka Springs.  There is also an old courthouse museum 25 minutes away at Powhatan State Park.  There are numerous lakes and streams where you can enjoy either swimming or fishing.

Everyone has the opportunity to enjoy a vacation while experiencing nature whether you are a hunter or not.
