Semi-Private Rental with "NO" meal-location fee + $20.00 per person

Semi-Private Rental with Buffet style meal- Location fee + $20.00 per person

Meal includes choice of 2 meats, 6 vegetables, Hot Rolls, and Deserts.

Semi-Private Rental with Formal Seated Dining

Choice of Three menus:

#1- Steak Dinner, Location fee + $50.00 couple

#2- Chicken Dinner, Location fee + $30.00 couple

#3- Rib Dinner, Location fee + $40.00 couple

Overnight Rentals

Overnight Stay- Check in Mon-Sat 3:00 pm (Depending on Availability)

Includes dinner and breakfast for 2 and full access to recreational facilities.

No Refunds ½ deposit at time of booking.

#1 $800.00+tax Wedding 20% Gratuity

#2 $1500.00 + tax and 20% Gratuity

$750.00 deposit

Includes 2 tier cake punch, nuts, mints, and grooms cake (no decorations)

#3 $3000.00(+ tax and 20% Gratuity) Package Wedding-Reception + Rehearsal

Includes wedding rehearsal with coordinator 2 days prior to wedding for wedding party (3 hours allowed). No dinner served with rehearsal only refreshments. $1500.00 non-refundable deposit due on booking. Actual wedding and reception includes up to a 3 tier cake, grooms cake, 1 snack tray with meats and cheeses, 1 fruit tray, mints, nuts, and punch. The following items are supplied and you take them with you when you leave:

2.)Serving Cutlery

3.)Cake Topper

4.) Guest Book and Pen

5.)Ring Bearers Pillow

Two hours allotted for dressing and pictures before wedding. Three hours allotted for wedding and reception. No exceptions.

#4 $3500.00(+ tax and 20% Gratuity) Package Wedding

$1750.00 non-refundable deposit due on booking. Actual wedding includes up to a 3 tier cake, grooms cake, & buffet dinner for 50 guests. The following items are supplied and you take them with you when you leave:

1.)Bride and Groom Glasses

2.)Serving Cutlery

3.)Cake Topper

4.) Guest Book and Pen

5.)Ring Bearers Pillow

Two hours allotted for dressing and pictures before wedding. Three hours allotted for wedding and reception. No exceptions.

#5 $4000.00(+ tax and 20% Gratuity) Package Wedding- Reception-Rehearsal Dinner

Includes rehearsal dinner with coordinator 2 days prior to wedding, for wedding party only, 3 hours maximum allowed. $2000.00 non-refundable deposit due upon booking. Actual wedding and reception includes up to a 4 tier cake, grooms cake and finger foods for up to 125 people. Music and minister will not be provided but the sound system and a piano are available. Silk flower decorations will be provided. (If you want live flowers you supply the flowers the night before the wedding and we will decorate.) The following items are supplied and you take them with you when you leave:

#6 $4500.00 Wedding

Includes everything in package #5 plus a hair stylist and make-up artist for bride on site and an over night stay for bride and grooms parties prior to the wedding.
